We have added support for Salesforce “Knowledge Articles” to our Knowledge Base integrations.
We have changed the behaviour of Pre-Chat box dropdown values to allow spaces now. This will enable mapping of dropdown values with spaces to integrations like Salesforce.
Fixed a display bug with the visitor side chat, where if the visitor clicked the chat button at the same time as a proactive message was showing, the proactive message would display as well as the manual chat message (or prechat form if that was set to show). Now, we only show one (the code that runs first).
Fixed an issue where the online button was not showing when the offline button was deactivated in the Design Studio settings.
We have updated the admin dashboard sub-menu settings view to accommodate more tabs and not break into two lines anymore.
